Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies - with the thermomix
125g butter, softened
165g brown sugar
255g self-raising flour
1 egg
Packet of milk chocolate chips
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 C.
2. Put butter in thermomix bowl, and blend on speed 4 for 5 seconds. Then add brown sugar, egg and mix together on speed 4 from 10-15 sec. You might need a spatula to scrape down the sides and and finish combining. Add the self-raising flour and beat on speed 5 for 20-30 sec.
3. Take the thermomix bowl off the stand and pour in chocolate chips, don't combine them in the thermomix, stir it together yourself. Roll them out on trays lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 min or until golden brown.
Enjoy!
Note: For a different twist, before combining the chocolate chips add in walnuts and combine on speed 4 for 5-10 sec.
